We are a premier provider of applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy and consultation services to individuals with autism and related disorders throughout the state of Georgia. We work with individuals ranging in age from birth to adult in home and community settings. Services are provided by our highly trained staff of BCBA, BCaBA,RBT, and behavior therapists. 

Our anger management services are designed to help individuals understand and manage their emotions more effectively. Through comprehensive assessments and targeted sessions, we aim to equip clients with the tools and strategies needed to handle anger in a constructive manner.

Individual Anger Management Sessions:

Purpose:
To provide personalized support and strategies for managing anger on a one-on-one basis.

Components:

• Goal Setting: Collaboratively setting specific, measurable goals for managing anger.
• Skill Development: Teaching techniques such as cognitive restructuring, relaxation exercises, and problem-solving skills.
• Emotional Awareness: Helping clients recognize and understand their emotional triggers and responses.
• Behavioral Strategies: Developing and practicing strategies to control and redirect angry impulses.
• Progress Evaluation: Regularly reviewing progress towards goals and adjusting the plan as needed.

Group Anger Management Sessions:

Purpose:
To offer a supportive environment where individuals can share experiences and learn from others while practicing anger management techniques in a group setting.

Components:

• Group Discussions: Facilitated conversations on common anger triggers, coping strategies, and personal experiences.
• Skill Building: Group exercises and role-playing to practice anger management skills in real-life scenarios.
• Peer Feedback: Opportunities for participants to provide and receive constructive feedback.
• Support and Accountability: Encouragement and motivation from peers to maintain progress and implement strategies.
• Thematic Workshops: Focused sessions on specific topics such as stress management, communication skills, and conflict resolution.

One-on-One Supervision:

• Engage in personalized, one-on-one supervision sessions designed to address your unique challenges and goals. Our supervisors provide focused, supportive guidance throughout your journey.

Group Supervision:

• Participate in group supervision sessions to collaborate with peers, discuss case studies, and gain diverse insights into behavior analysis practices.
